16. Gift Cards
16a. Issuance:
Gift cards are issued by “LIA STUBLLA LLC” for use solely at “LIA STUBLLA LLC” locations or online store.
16b. Redemption:
Gift cards may be redeemed for merchandise or services at any “LIA STUBLLA LLC” location or online store. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
16c. Expiration:
Gift cards do have a 1(one) year validity. However, any applicable funds on gift cards may become subject to escheatment laws after a certain period. Please refer to state laws for details.
16d. Balance Inquiry:
To check the balance of your gift card, please visit www.liastublla.com website or inquire at any “LIA STUBLLA LLC” location.
16e. Lost or Stolen Cards:
“LIA STUBLLA LLC” is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards may only be replaced with the original purchase receipt, if available, and the remaining balance on the card at the time it is reported as lost or stolen.
16f. Non-transferable:
Gift cards are not transferable, and resale is prohibited.
16g. Fraudulent Activity:
If “LIA STUBLLA LLC” suspects any fraudulent activity involving a gift card, it has the right to refuse redemption or cancel the card.
16h. Refunds:
Gift cards are non-refundable.
16i. Terms and Conditions Updates:
“LIA STUBLLA LLC” reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the “LIA STUBLLA LLC” website or notification to gift cardholders.
16j. Applicable Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Republic of Kosovo, and any disputes relating to these
terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Kosovo, according to Law Nr. 06/L-034(2018) ON CONSUMER PROTECTION.
By purchasing, accepting, or using a gift card, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.

17. Consent and Agreement
By checking the box during the checkout process, you expressly consent to and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our data processing practices.
These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 29/03/2024.
The Customer has the right for return only if the order has any damage or not created according their requirements.
Items are non-return and non-exchangeable. These include:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Dresses made based on your measurement.
- Customs designs based on customer preferences.
- The customer understands that there may be slight color differences in the dress photos, due to different color settings on different monitor/screen devices.
- The customer must understand that sizes may look different on different bodies.
- If the ordered product is handmade, or contains handwork, the Customer understands that the product cannot be recreated in a completely identical way. The product will be done approximately 90-95% the same if the beading and material used is the same as the promoted product.
- If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- Lia Stublla official products takes 2- 3 weeks to be produced, depending on the complexity of the product. The sales team will accommodate a delivery date for the customer as a deadline.
- Exception of the timeframe defined in above paragraph are the cases where the material is not available and it has to arrive, and/or unpredicted circumstances which the customer will be informed about.
- If the customer decide to cancel the order, the deposit will be used as cancellation fee.
- We only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our approval. Items must be returned in 7-14 days upon delivery date otherwise we will not accept the return. We will arrange the return shipment pick up with one of the express worldwide posts. Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your parcel all the necessary documentation for Customs clearance.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed. Refunds will take an additional 1-7 business days to credit back to your original form of payment unless requested otherwise by the customer.
Please note that in cases of approval of returns, processing will only take place after your return has been received at our premises.
The returned item must be in perfect condition, you can try the dress on, but be sure to be in same condition as you received the item (including labels, tags or security ribbons), otherwise we will refuse the return.
If the product did not meet your expectations for one reason or another, please contact us within 24 hours after you receive the item. Also, provide us with photos and videos of the dress worn, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color, etc.
Below you can find the details about the refund possibilities:
- The customer will be eligible for a full refund only if he/she decides to cancel the order/s within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- In case of cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: refund will be 50% of the item price.
- In case of cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: refund will be 30% of the item price.
- In case of cancellation after 120 hours from the moment the order is paid: you will not get any refund at all.
Please note that:
- Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging invoice.
- Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by customer.
- Refund terms will be applied only where LS team has inspected the returned items.

Based on the applicable laws in the Republic of Kosovo and to be close to customers, this policy aims to inform customers and others interested about the criteria and conditions regarding the shipment of LS products.
Regarding your purchases, payments are made via a secure payment platform, supplemented by control measures, including encryption of contact details, in order to guarantee the security of purchases made and to fight against fraud.
Delivery Terms & LS responsibilities :
- Products can be shipped only during business days (Monday-Friday).
- Lia Stublla products takes 2- 3 weeks to be produced, depending on the complexity of the product. The sales team will accommodate a delivery date for the customer as a deadline.
- The product(s) takes 5-10 business days to arrive at the customer’s delivery address (not including your customs process which may take time).
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
- After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check your shipping status and know when to expect your order.
- The express posts typically write the estimated delivery date a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the product will arrive earlier and that the Customer shouldn’t be alarmed.
- Once the product is delivered, the Customer is required to sign the package. If the package is not signed/nobody is home, courier posts will attempt to deliver the package a few more times and get in contact with the Customer.
- Shipping rates for items we sell are weight and dimension-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.
- Lia Stublla will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.
Please note that:
- The customer is responsible for paying the applicable duties from the customs or relevant (tax) authorities of the respective country.
