Terms and Conditions (GDPR Compliant) Effective Date: 29/03/2024

The Customer has the right for return only if the order has any damage or not created according their requirements.

Items are non-return and non-exchangeable include:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Dresses made based on your measurement.
Customs designs based on customer preferences.
The customer understands that there may be slight color differences in the dress photos, due to different color settings on different monitor/screen devices.
The customer must understand that sizes may look different on different bodies.
If the ordered product is handmade, or contains handwork, the Customer understands that the product cannot be recreated in a completely identical way.  The product will be done approximately 90-95% the same if the beading and material used is the same as the promoted product.
If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Lia Stublla official products takes 2- 3 weeks to be produced, depending on the complexity of the product. The sales team will accommodate a delivery date for the customer as a deadline.
Exception of the timeframe defined in above paragraph are the cases where the material is not available and it has to arrive, and/or unpredicted circumstances which the customer will be informed about.
If the customer decide to cancel the order,  the deposit will be used as cancellation fee.
We only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our approval. Items must be returned in 7-14 days upon delivery date otherwise we will not accept the return. We will arrange the return shipment pick up with one of the express worldwide posts. Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your parcel all the necessary documentation for Customs clearance.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed. Refunds will take an additional 1-7 business days to credit back to your original form of payment unless requested otherwise by the customer.
Please note that in cases of approval of returns, processing will only take place after your return has been received at our premises.
The returned item must be in perfect condition, you can try the dress on, but be sure to be in same condition as you received the item (including labels, tags or security ribbons), otherwise we will refuse the return.
If the product did not meet your expectations for one reason or another, please contact us within 24 hours after you receive the item. Also, provide us with photos and videos of the dress worn, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color, etc.

Below you can find the details about the refund possibilities:

The customer will be eligible for a full refund only if he/she decides to cancel the order/s within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
In case of cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: refund will be 50% of the item price.
In case of cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: refund will be 30% of the item price.
In case of cancellation after 120 hours from the moment the order is paid: you will not get any refund at all.

Please note:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging invoice.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by customer.
Refund terms will be applied only where LS team has inspected the returned items.
